Take Action

Join Panthera in taking action to conserve cougars. Make a donation to the Teton Cougar Project.

100% of your contribution will go directly to the field to support Panthera's cougar conservation efforts, including:

  • $50 can provide camera trap tripods used to record and study cougars in the wild
  • $100 can provide two pairs of cross country skis for Panthera's scientists, who often travel miles on foot to study cougars in the Tetons
  • $250 can provide a Bushnell remote camera trap used to videotape and take photos of cougar behavior
  • $350 can provide up to three Garmin GPS units used by scientists to navigate in the field
  • $400 can provide up to three GoPro Hero 3+ cameras
  • $500 can provide a trailer used to transport snowmobiles for Panthera's scientists
  • $1,500 can provide a used 4-wheeler that allows Panthera's scientists to access hard-to-reach, forested areas
  • $2,000 can provide a used snowmobile that allows Panthera's scientists to access hard-to-reach, forested areas
  • $4,000 can provide a Lotek GPS collar, which automatically drops off after providing a year of data on cougar movements and behavior

Along with contributing to the Teton Cougar Project, you can make an impact by helping spread awareness about the state of cougars and our work to protect them.
